The CX Case is a quick-insertion housing for the Crucial Technology X9 and X10 drives that allows the drive to be mounted to cameras, smartphones and camera cages and all video equipment with 1/4” -20 holes.
Simply slide the drive into the opening slot and secure by tightening the half wing nut.
As it was designed specifically for the Crucial Technology X9 and X10 SSDs, there is no excess weight added by including components that allow the cage to expand for various size SSDs.
A 1/4” -20 adjustable through-hole allows the case to be secured to unlimited host devices using one or two screws
Structural holes further reduce the weight of the case to ensure the lightest possible container
The CX Cage is the only cage currently available made specifically for the “X” series of drives by Crucial Technology.
This feature makes it ideal for gimbal setups and direct to disc recording on smartphones, DSLR style cameras, cinema cameras and iPads.
The 1/2 wing thumbscrew allows the drive to be secured or released in few seconds
A bottom shelf ensures that the SSD is inserted to the perfect depth to remain securely in place every time as quickly as possible
